Jory grew up on the Delmarva Peninsula and has worked in the irrigation industry for one of the top irrigation companies since 2008. He has vast knowledge of the industry including design, estimating, installation and maintenance of well and pump systems. Jory joined A.C. SCHULTES OF DELAWARE, INC. in February 2021 and was named President of the company the same year. Jory enjoys golf, fishing, hunting, sporting events and spending time with his young family.
Rick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Penn State University in December 2000. He started working for the family business at A.C. SCHULTES OF MARYLAND in January, 2001 and has over 20 years of experience in the well and pump industry. Rick enjoys car shows, boating, Penn State football, and spending time with his family and friends.
Mike attended the University of Delaware for two years and was a Division Manager for Leggett, Inc. prior to coming to A.C. Schultes. In 1987, he started with the company as a sales representative and was promoted to Sales Manager in 1990, Vice President and GM in 1993, and became President in 1994. Mike is a member of the AWWA, National Groundwater Association, Delaware and Maryland Rural Water Associations and the Eastern Shore Association of Golf Course Superintendents. He has been active in local community civic organizations and politics for over thirty years and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his four grandchildren.
Bill earned his A.A.S in criminal justice from Delaware Technical and Community College. He has been a technical sales consultant with A.C. Schultes since 1994. Specializing in the agricultural market, he also enjoys working with various municipal, industrial, and commercial clients. Bill is a member of the AWWA, Delaware and Maryland Rural Water Associations and the Eastern Shore Association of Golf Course Superintendents. In his spare time, Bill enjoys fishing, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
